When Christina, who works for Parabo, approached me about attending the party, and helping with hosting I was 1) honored, and 2) really excited. I had not been crafting very much, and this party seemed like the perfect way to get back into the creativity zone. We worked together on decor: squares! black and white! metallics! geometric shapes! Once we had the theme worked out, we tackled the snacks.
Christina was in charge of the savory (she brought it with a killer cheese plate) so, I scoured the internet for the perfect sweet treat. Per usual, I couldn't decide on just one, and I ended up making all three! To stick with the square theme, I served them in personal sized squares. Here are the links for the recipes I used:
For more tips on hosting your own print party, check out Parabo’s blog for ideas and instructions.
Side note: the Parabo app is super easy to use! I was able to go through my camera roll and Instagram feed and select my 25 images, and in just a few minutes my order was complete. The prints shipped quickly and turned out exactly as they look on my phone. The stock they use is thick, and the photos are a pretty matte, which I think makes them the perfect addition to any gallery wall.
