This month included: evening walks with my Dad, the Temple of Remembrance at the Paradise Ridge winery in Santa Rosa, Lili and Kevin spelling every word "K-o-k-o-i" at dinner, 4th of July in Sacramento, more evening walking, Dad helping me saw wood slices for Lydia's woodland animal themed baby shower, a calm night in the backyard, making 38+ bird seed favors for the aforementioned baby shower, driving back from the baby shower with Wendy's in the front seat, gorgeous sweet peas at night, dinners at our favorite Mexican and poke restaurants as a trio, watching the Tour de France (and our lovable racer, Taylor Phinney!), putting the finishing touches on my first baby quilt, sunsets from my walk, watering the zinnias, bridal fittings with Kristan, fidget spinning fun, nap time to recharge after a tiring 12 hours in Sacramento, night time ironing of quilt pieces, more Tour de France, a precious sunset, and my sister being just down the hall for a change. Plus, more sweet pea harvesting, watching St. Elmo's Fire with my mom, the return of my Inside Out Star quilt from the long arm quilter, checking out Inc. 82 Brewing for the first time, fresh sheets on my bed, a vintage quilt top that I am recycling, backyard fire pit, and closing it out exactly how July started, with another evening walk with my Dad!
