FIVE LITTLE THINGS ON A FRIDAY | MARCH '16

Five little things I am currently loving, both from the internet and real life.

1- "Appreciate" journal- (Yes, it is possible to win something from an Instagram giveaway post.) My new journal from Wild Ink Press is as precious in person as it looks online. I've started keeping a list of museums to visit: Crocker's Andy Warhol exhibit, de Young's Bouquets to Art

2- Dreaming of turning one of our patios (we have two separate ones, which is cool but also sorta goofy space-wise) into a outdoor space that we can enjoy this spring. It was 75 degrees yesterday, and I loved being able to be outside again. Plus, I've got all my growing succulents I want to hang out with. Does anyone have any experience with the Ikea patio flooring?

3- Jason's early birthday dinner at Iron Horse Tavern with our couples besties. It was nice to have a grownup dinner out on the town, and I'm thankful everyone braved the intense rain to celebrate Jason.

3a-  I'm still dreaming about the "watermelon fizz" mocktail I had with dinner that night: watermelon puree, honey, lemon juice, ginger ale, li hing mui rim.

4- DIY Succulent Cuffs on Green Wedding Shoes: so trendy and would be cute as an alternative to floral bouquets for a bridal party.

5- More celebrations! Looking forward to celebrating both of my parent's birthdays and their anniversary this weekend. Then more family time in SD at the end of this month. Bring it on!

Happy weekend friends! Thanks for reading. :) Wherever you are, remember you are so loved!
