This month I: spent lots of evenings on the couch with my Dad, listened to Lili's reasoning for why she walked downstairs after bedtime on her own volition, experienced lots of grey skies and rainbows (metaphorically and literally), loved Lady Gaga at the Super Bowl, ate some Trader Joe's mini chocolate chip cookies, did yoga before bed, ended the lease to our Dad's car, watched our Filoli bulbs sprout, got Chipotle takeout with my Dad and sister, enjoyed super green hills in between many rainy afternoons. I, dusted off my sewing machine, celebrated Galentine's Day with some of my best girls in my favorite city, had a photo shoot with my sister, got sushi takeout with my Mom and sis, saw La La Land, assembled a few pieces of IKEA furniture, finally organized and boxed my Christmas decorations, continued my cross stich habit, celebrated the growth of my Floret seedlings, had a couple meals at our favorite Mexican restaurant, spent many an afternoon driving back and forth from Sacramento, repotted some propagated succulents, cheered for Emma Stone's Oscar win, posted my patio photo shoot, got an awesome desk chair with Mom.
